Our caravan repair, service and transport centre is located opposite the
caravan showground in Great Eastern Way.
It offers full facilities to caravan owners and has been an expanding and integral part of the business since 1974. Our fully equipped workshop is second to none and offers the complete service to the caravan owner.
Regardless of the age, make or model of your caravan, in most cases we will be able to help you with any servicing, repair or maintenance problems that might occur. Replacement parts are usually in stock, if not we have access to the major suppliers of spares in the country.
Integrated with the caravan sales showground, we believe that we can offer the full caravan service to owners in East Anglia and also those outside of the area.
Repairs to Holiday Caravans
We are approved repairers for the JLT group insurance company. As we all know
too well, caravans can easily be damaged by a number of events.
We can effect all types of repair whether it is accident damage, water damage or just plain wear and tear. All our work is guaranteed, we are very conscientious with our attitude to all our services and we take pride in the quality of our work.
We are the recognised approved insurance repairers in this area. In the event of any
claim, our experienced staff will be able to administer written quotations estimates for
insurance purposes. Following instructions from the insurers, we can then undertake the
necessary repairs to the customer's complete satisfaction.

Servicing of Holiday Caravans.
Our customer service vans are fully equipped with all the
necessary fittings to enable the complete connection of any holiday caravan to all the
services.
We also carry specialist fittings including gas connections to either automatic changeover valves or piped LPG and light bulbs of all types!
It is not just pipes etc, that fill up our service van but a host of other service
parts for all gas appliances we get asked to repair, you know, those diaphragms of
differing types and those FFD's for those intermittent gas appliances. Our engineers are
fully qualified to supply, fit and service all types of gas systems and appliances in
holiday caravans. We also offer winter drain downs, gas safety reports and all types of
work to the individual or to the park operator on trade terms.

We offer a full drain down service and maintenance programme throughout the closed
season.

Our engineers are C.O.R.G.I. and Gas Safe registered.
We currently have three
fully qualified C.O.R.G.I. and Gas Safe approved engineers based at our premises at Great
Eastern Way. We can offer a complete LPG gas service for static caravans.
We are able to service, repair and install the majority of makes of LPG gas equipment,
either at our workshop or on site. For peace of mind we can undertake checks on appliances
and issue safety certificates. With the advent of recent legislation, regarding gas safety
and usage, we are authorised to inspect and issue a Landlord's Safety Certificate, which
is requisite for any caravan which is tendered for hire to anyone, including family of the
owners.
